CHEF/ OWNER SHANNON GUTHRIE: The Cupcake Cruiser is the dream and brain-child of chef/owner Shannon Guthrie. Shannon is a fun and energetic chef with a keen palette and eye for mixing flavors and colors to develop the remarkable cupcakes produced by The Cupcake Cruiser. At the age of 15, Shannon began her culinary career by attending culinary and pastry schools. After graduating from The University of Massachusetts with a degree in Hospitality Management, she began laying the groundwork for what would eventually become The Cupcake Cruiser! Today, when she is not perfecting the next great creation to come out of her kitchen, Shannon enjoys indie music, traveling, and trying anything she hasn't tried before.
